I love traveling, getting to know new cultures, cooking, and pampering those who are in my home. There is nothing better than a good story in a book or a movie, but even better is getting to know your story and adding something good to it. Together with my husband, we take care of the accommodation La Llosuca, and if you wish, it will be a pleasure to meet you.
We live in Villaviciosa and are available for any inquiries during your stay.
Our Policy
PAYMENT POLICY:
- 50% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking by card or transfer
- The remaining amount will be paid 15 days before arrival.
- When making a reservation, you must fill out the reservation form with your details.
- In the case of a last-minute reservation, within the same month, 50% will be paid at the time of booking and the remaining balance 7 days before arrival. If canceled within 7 days, the amount paid is non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- 100% of the payments made are refundable if canceled 45 days before arrival or earlier.
- 50% of the payments made are refundable if canceled 21 days before arrival or earlier.
- 0% refundable if canceled later.
The client may alternatively book for other available dates within three months following the canceled reservation for the same duration and season. In case of cancellation by the Property, the total amount paid will be refunded.
Deposit
- No deposit is required. If the property suffers any damage caused by the client, such damage will be repaired or the repair cost will be paid by mutual agreement with the owner.
Children and Extra Bed Policy
- Children of any age can be accommodated
- Children under 2 years old in a crib or sharing a bed with their parents stay for free
